Consumer awareness is The understanding by an individual of their rights as a consumer concerning available products and services being marketed and sold. The concept involves four categories including safety, choice, information, and the right to be heard. As a consumer we must carefull when we purchase something. We must know that not a scam.

For example is SMS scams. Much people experience SMS scams. For example that message tell you if you get 1 millions, they give a link for a fake information. Then when you open the link you see that your phone number there in that info. Do not directly trust it, because it can be scams. Search information about the truth of that info.

I ever experienced it. That message tell me if I win a car. That message give the link to get the prize. So I open that link, but when I open that link. Its just a simple blog, so I know it a scams. By the way I never follow a lottery or anything. It so suspicious, hahahah.

So form my experience I hope you more careful about something like that. If someone tell if you get a prize even though you not follow a lottery or quiz, careful about it. It can be scamed. Ask the customer service, if they ask to to sent money, don’t do it. It just scam. You can report it to police orthe authority
